Weyerhaeuser seeks a Business Integration & Procurement Excellence Analyst to optimize how we buy materials and services across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will analyze spend and supplier performance data, standardize processes, and support system integrations to improve cost, quality, and sustainability. You will partner with operations, supply chain, and finance to develop KPIs, reporting, and best practices, enabling data driven sourcing decisions that advance our safety, integrity, and environmental stewardship goals while supporting long term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement and supply data to identify cost, quality, and sustainability improvements
- Support integration of procurement processes, systems, and standards across manufacturing sites
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reports for sourcing and supplier performance
- Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain to implement best practices and savings initiatives
- Support sourcing events, RFPs, and contract reviews with data and insights
- Document and improve end to end purchasing workflows and controls
- Assist in system implementations, upgrades, and user training for procurement tools
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and sustainability objectives
