We are seeking experienced AV Technicians & Stage Event Set Up professionals with expertise in audio, video, lighting, and technical production. Candidates should be proficient in setting up and coordinating medium-sized events (100-500 attendees), managing crews of 6-15 members, and ensuring smooth event operations using LED lighting systems, standard professional AV gear, and advanced digital AV systems. This role involves occasional event engagements requiring strong technical and leadership skills in event production.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain audio, video, and lighting equipment
- Assemble and dismantle stages and event infrastructure
- Coordinate crew members during event setup and execution
- Manage event logistics and ensure operational efficiency
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot AV systems
- Direct personnel during events to facilitate smooth operations
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and safety checks
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in AV and event production
- Knowledge of audio engineering, video production, and lighting technology
- Experience in stage setup and crew management
- Strong event coordination and technical troubleshooting skills
