Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical liaison to OEM and industrial customers
- Support design-in of power, interconnect, and electromechanical components
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct design reviews, evaluations, and troubleshooting for customer applications
- Collaborate with sales and supplier partners to develop technical solutions
- Deliver technical training, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Create and maintain technical documentation and application notes
- Provide responsive technical support throughout the customer design cycle
- Identify new design opportunities and help drive revenue growth
- Stay current on relevant technologies, products, and industry trends
