TD Synnex is seeking a detail-oriented Prep Desk Specialist to support delivery of cutting-edge software solutions. In this role, you'll prepare and configure hardware and software environments, manage imaging, updates, and application deployments, and ensure systems are ready for client implementation. You'll maintain accurate asset and configuration records, follow ITIL-aligned processes, and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure hardware and software environments for deployments
- Perform system imaging, updates, and application installations
- Validate system readiness and quality before client delivery
- Maintain accurate asset, configuration, and deployment records
- Follow standardized, ITIL-aligned operational procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve environment prep issues with engineers
- Coordinate with project teams on deployment schedules and priorities
- Support continuous improvement of prep and deployment processes
