TD Synnex is seeking a Prep Desk Specialist to support software implementation and delivery for enterprise clients. In this role, you will stage and configure hardware and software, validate builds, manage deployment queues, and ensure accurate documentation in our ticketing and asset systems. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, support, and project teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize prep workflows, and meet SLAs. Working in a culture of innovation and collaboration, you'll contribute to process improvements while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and scalable IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Stage, configure, and validate hardware and software for client deployments
- Manage prep desk ticket queues and update documentation accurately
- Perform quality checks to ensure builds meet specifications and SLAs
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and project teams to resolve issues
- Troubleshoot configuration and deployment problems proactively
- Track assets and software licenses in internal systems
- Support continuous improvement of prep workflows and procedures
- Follow security and compliance standards during all prep activities
