Experis, a ManpowerGroup company, is seeking a Hardware Technician to support professional, scientific, and technical services clients. In this on-site role, you will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals; perform diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements; and support imaging, deployment, and asset tracking. You will resolve hardware incidents, follow security and safety standards, and collaborate with project teams on rollouts and refreshes. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and peripheral hardware for client environments
- Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime
- Support installation and replacement of components such as memory, drives, and network cards
- Execute imaging, deployment, and asset tagging processes following Experis standards
- Document work performed, configurations, and inventory updates accurately
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams on rollouts, migrations, and refresh projects
- Provide on-site end-user support, addressing hardware-related service tickets
- Follow security, ESD, and safety procedures when handling devices and infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware returns, warranty service, and parts procurement
- Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment and support processes
