Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve operational readiness objectives
• Manage readiness-to-operations lifecycle for multiple client engagements
• Serve as primary consultant for OR campaigns, applying OE principles to pre-Day One activities
• Act as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding decision-making with a risk-based, speed-to-value mindset
• Lead and coach cross-functional teams including CQV, Quality, and external contractors
• Contribute to organizational brand via white papers, conference presentations, and client tools
• Ensure on-time delivery of readiness campaigns while fostering continuous improvement and organizational transformation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• BS in a relevant science or engineering field
• MS in a relevant science or engineering field
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Program Management Professional (PgMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
