Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered. 3+ years of experience in project management, technical project management, IT, systems implementation, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certification. Experience working in healthcare, home care, senior care, or another regulated environment. Experience with EHR, CRM, scheduling, workforce-management, or healthcare technology systems. Experience managing software implementations and system integrations. Experience working with third-party technology vendors.
