Responsibilities Install, configure, and decommission server and network hardware in AWS data centers Perform break-fix troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on infrastructure equipment Execute preventive maintenance, health checks, and hardware lifecycle tasks Manage rack layout, structured cabling, and cable labeling to AWS standards Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and resolve incidents to minimize downtime Follow security, safety, and change-management procedures and documentation Track assets, inventory, and work in ticketing and documentation systems Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex issues Support on-call rotations and shift work to ensure 24/7 coverage Contribute to continuous improvement of data center processes and standards Required Skills Data center operations Server hardware installation Linux/Windows administration Network troubleshooting Cabling and rack management Monitoring and incident response Hardware diagnostics and repair Change management procedures Inventory and asset tracking Documentation and ticketing systems
