Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to help safeguard our distinctive hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues. In this role, you'll analyze operational, financial, safety, and compliance risks, interpret incident and claims data, and recommend practical mitigation strategies. You'll support insurance renewals and claims, maintain risk policies and controls, and prepare clear reports for leadership. You'll collaborate closely with operations, HR, and finance to embed risk awareness into daily hospitality practices while contributing to a fun, people-first culture focused on memorable guest experiences and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, safety, and compliance risks across hotels, restaurants, and venues
- Analyze incident, claims, and loss data to spot trends and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support development and maintenance of risk policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Assist with insurance renewals, certificates of insurance, and claims coordination
- Conduct risk assessments for new projects, vendors, and events
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for leadership and property managers
- Partner with operations, HR, and finance to implement risk-reduction initiatives and training
- Ensure adherence to applicable health, safety, and hospitality regulations
