Conduent seeks a detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to support high-volume digital document workflows for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will receive, scan, and index documents; validate data for accuracy and completeness; and route information through automated workflows and business systems. Working in a performance-driven, client-focused environment, you will follow standardized procedures, meet productivity and quality targets, and help safeguard sensitive information. Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and digitize client documents using imaging and document management systems
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and regulatory standards
- Index, classify, and route documents to appropriate workflows and business systems
- Monitor document queues and processing SLAs, escalating issues as needed
- Perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies or exceptions in document data
- Follow standardized operating procedures and contribute to process improvements
- Protect sensitive information and adhere to security, privacy, and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality targets
- Use reporting tools to track work volumes, errors, and performance metrics
- Support onboarding of new processes, tools, or clients as operations evolve
