We are hiring General Labor / Construction Technicians for a large, high-volume data center construction project in Ft. Wayne, IN. This is a great opportunity for anyone with general construction experience - or the right attitude and willingness to learn - looking to get on a fast-moving, high-overtime project right away.
What You'll Be Doing
- General labor and construction support on an active data center job site
- Working alongside a large crew on a 24-hour operation
- Following all site safety protocols and procedures
What You Need
- General construction experience preferred - cabling experience a plus
- Entry-level candidates welcome; the right attitude matters more than years of experience
- Willing and able to work 6 days/week, 12-hour shifts (day or night), with heavy overtime
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as required for this site
Nice to Have
- Prior experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects
What You Don't Need
- No specific certifications required to start - training support is available for the right candidates
