Saab seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive insight and governance across complex defense manufacturing programs. In this role, you will design and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards tracking cost, schedule, and quality, turning data into clear guidance for action. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and finance to analyze trends, highlight risks, and lead performance reviews that support on-time, on-budget delivery. Leveraging EVM, scheduling, and continuous improvement methods, you will standardize program performance practices, mentor analysts, and brief leadership in Saab's innovative, mission-driven, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead program performance measurement and reporting across complex manufacturing and defense programs
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to track cost, schedule, and quality
- Analyze program data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with engineering, finance, and operations to drive corrective actions and process improvements
- Support bid, proposal, and planning activities with performance baselines and forecasts
- Ensure program performance governance, cadence, and stakeholder communication
- Prepare executive-level briefings and performance summaries
- Mentor analysts and standardize program performance management methods and tools
