Vice President, AI Infrastructure Support Engineer

BNY is seeking a Vice President, AI Infrastructure Support Engineer to design, support, and optimize AI/ML platforms that power global financial services. You will maintain high-availability infrastructure, automate deployment and monitoring, and ensure security, compliance, and performance for AI workloads. Partner with data science, cybersecurity, and operations teams to troubleshoot complex issues, implement best practices, and drive reliability and scalability. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support scalable AI/ML infrastructure for global financial applications.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and high availability of AI platforms through automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data science, security, and operations teams to deploy and manage AI workloads.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for AI services.
• Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and compliance requirements for AI systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and platform issues in production environments.
• Continuously improve observability, incident response, and platform resilience.
• Document architectures, runbooks, and best practices for AI infrastructure operations.
