Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field. Substitutions: Eight (8) years of professional experience in Configuration and Data Management or related roles. At least 1 year of experience in configuration/change management associated with the software development of DoD simulation training systems. Knowledge and experience in CMMI and ISO 9001. Ability to work in a team environment. Essential Mental Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation, intra-team and interdisciplinary communication. Strong computer proficiency. Attention to detail in written documentation and work performed. Ability to analyze and think critically about a problem. Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
