Koozie Group, a leader in promotional products manufacturing, is seeking a Facility Support & Desktop Technician to keep our on-site technology and facility IT running smoothly. In this role, you'll provide hands-on desktop and hardware support, maintain printers and peripherals on the production floor, and respond quickly to user tickets to minimize downtime. You'll assist with device setup, imaging, and asset tracking while supporting basic network connectivity. Working closely with operations and IT, you'll help ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable environment that supports continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for office and production staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and image workstations and mobile devices
- Support printers, scanners, and labelers used on the manufacturing floor
- Manage IT tickets, prioritize requests, and document resolutions
- Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with lifecycle management
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to minimize production downtime
- Follow safety, security, and data protection procedures within the facility
