Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
  • Develop robust data models to support analytics and machine learning workloads
  • Optimize data systems for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency
  • Implement data quality, lineage, and monitoring capabilities
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver data solutions
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards
  • Automate deployment and operations using CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production data pipeline and platform issues
  • Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and documentation
  • Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of continuous improvement
