ECAM is hiring a Low-Voltage Field Technician to support our data-driven advertising infrastructure at client sites. In this role, you'll install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling and related devices that power ECAM's ad tech, network, and AV solutions. You'll read floor plans, pull and dress cable, build racks, and troubleshoot connectivity issues using certifiers and test tools. Working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, you'll partner with engineers and project managers to deliver reliable, standards-based installations. Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and test low-voltage cabling and devices to support ECAM's digital advertising and IT systems at client sites
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, floor plans, and technical documentation to execute clean, standards-based installations
- Troubleshoot connectivity, signal, and hardware issues for low-voltage networks, AV, and related infrastructure
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and upgrades on installed cabling, terminations, and equipment
- Document work performed, update as-built drawings, and maintain accurate inventory of materials used
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to plan site work and minimize downtime
- Follow safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards for low-voltage and structured cabling
- Use test equipment to certify cabling performance and verify system reliability
- Train end users on basic operation of installed systems and escalate complex issues as needed
- Travel to local and regional client locations, representing ECAM with professional communication and service
