FM is seeking a Global Manager, Cyber Risk Consulting to lead advisory services that protect our workplace and facilities management platforms. You will shape global cyber risk strategies, oversee client assessments, and design controls that safeguard data, cloud environments, and integrations. Partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to embed security into solutions, lead incident preparedness, and guide remediation. You will build and mentor a consulting team, drive scalable methodologies and frameworks, and communicate cyber risk insights to senior stakeholders across diverse industries and regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead global cyber risk consulting engagements for enterprise clients using FM's workplace and facilities management platforms.
- Develop and refine cyber risk assessment methodologies, frameworks, and deliverables for consistent, scalable consulting services.
- Conduct and oversee security assessments covering cloud, integrations, data protection, and third-party risk.
- Provide strategic cyber risk guidance to senior client stakeholders and FM leadership, translating technical issues into business impact.
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed security controls into FM solutions and services.
- Lead incident readiness activities, including playbooks, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a global consulting team, setting clear goals and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy standards and regulations across client engagements.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations on risk posture and remediation progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales, pre-sales, and proposal efforts for complex, global opportunities.
