Von Maur is seeking a Seasonal E-Commerce Associate to support our upscale department store's busy online business. In this role, you will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with exceptional accuracy and care. You'll use store systems to locate, scan, and process merchandise, maintain a clean and organized work area, and help meet daily productivity and quality goals. Working in a customer-first, professional environment, you'll support returns and basic inquiries while upholding Von Maur's high service and appearance standards during peak retail seasons.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment
- Verify product details, quantities, and packaging standards
- Maintain clean, organized e-commerce work area and stock zones
- Use store systems to locate, scan, and process merchandise

- Assist with returns, exchanges, and basic online customer inquiries
- Coordinate with sales floor teams to fulfill ship-from-store orders
- Follow loss prevention, inventory control, and safety procedures
