Job Description

ABM Industries seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Energy & Utilities segment within the Sales & Business Development team. You will identify and qualify opportunities, lead prospecting, and manage the full sales cycle for integrated facility services across power, utilities, and critical infrastructure clients. Partnering with operations and engineering, you'll develop tailored proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies that deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions. You'll build C level relationships, maintain an active pipeline in CRM, forecast revenue, and collaborate with cross functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Energy & Utilities sector
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Develop tailored solutions, proposals, and RFP responses for integrated facility services
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance to design pricing and service models
  • Build and maintain executive-level and key stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRMAnalyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to shape go-to-market strategies
  • Represent ABM at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and successful implementation of new accounts
  • Support ABM's culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement in all client engagements
