Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure financial software solutions for insurance products and services
- Lead a team of engineers through planning, coding, code reviews, and mentoring
- Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and performance through testing, automation, and best practices
- Integrate with cloud platforms, APIs, and data systems supporting digital insurance experiences
- Champion secure coding, regulatory compliance, and data privacy within financial applications
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tooling, and delivery pipelines
