Job Description

Allstate is hiring a Product Engineer focused on Infrastructure-as-Code to advance our cloud platforms for insurance and financial services. You will design reusable IaC modules, automate infrastructure provisioning, and embed security and compliance into pipelines. Partner with product, security, and ops teams to build scalable, resilient environments for customer-facing applications. Mentor engineers, review designs, and drive best practices in Git workflows, testing, and observability. Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules for cloud platforms
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud infrastructure
  • Embed security, compliance, and policy-as-code controls into Ia

  • Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to support business applications
  • Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and observability of cloud environments
  • Conduct code and design reviews to enforce engineering best practices
