  • Meeting/exceeding revenuegoals for set product line while delivering on established strategicobjectives for specific client accounts.
  • You will cultivate and growpartnerships with clients to support them in advancing their programs. Youwill work cross-functionally with stakeholders and negotiate with clientsto drive projects forward leveraging our services.
Capableof selling :
  • Large IT ApplicationManagement Services, Cloud opportunity migration operations, IT cybersecurity services, ERP applications, IT application development andmanagement.
  • Sourcing leads, mappingstakeholders and outreach to surface relevant client interests andopportunities.
  • Determining where our servicesare best positioned to support clients- objectives; negotiating withaccounts to drive projects forward.
  • Securing and managingpull-through of contracts with assigned client accounts.
  • Building relationships withexecutives at partner organizations, enabling identification, developmentof and support for additional value-creation opportunities.
  • Developing contract structuresand unique approaches to solving a customer-s known challenges.
  • Employing a nuanced enterprisesales approach to understand influencers, approvers and decision makersacross the client-s business continuum and influencing them to actquickly.
  • Working closely with AccountTeam (Business Development, Alliance Management, Operations) to ensurecommunication/coordination when projects span client stakeholder groupsand/or our portfolio.
  • Collaborating with Managementand Operations to manage existing business and identify new opportunitiesfor account growth.
  • Tracking progress againstdefined strategic objectives and revenue goals; reviewingprogress/setbacks frequently with broader Account Team and Leadership.
  • Contributing to thedevelopment of portfolios by providing feedback to Leadership regardingclient responses and suggestions; maintaining a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Staying informed on industry,domain environments, emerging developments and client priorities.

  • Relevant experience inBusiness Development and Sales with ITO (IT Outsourcing) deals.
  • Entrepreneurial sales approachand thrives most in a high growth, rapidly evolving business environment.

  • Deep relationships withstakeholders.

  • Executive engagement, clientexpectations, value reinforcement, cross-sell, strategic engagementstrategies that lead to relationship building at C-level.
  • Providing leadership anddirection to client and teams, fully leveraging all direct and indirectresources and ensuring optimal levels of productivity, service,communications and quality.
  • Effectively manage all aspectsof the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability,internal revenue and profit forecasting.
  • Working closely with salesteams to develop proposal/presentation content and strategy.
  • Staying current with industrytrends and best practices to proactively sell fit for purpose solutionsand innovation.
  • References from former clientsvouching for past relationship management experience.
Education: Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
