Business Development Manager / Account Manager

Delphi-US is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Account Manager to lead our contingent labor division. This role involves building strategic client relationships, securing new staffing agreements, and supporting our growth in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate has prior experience in staffing agency sales, client partnership development, and consultative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative engagement.
• Secure new client agreements and job orders to drive business growth.
• Develop compelling candidate documentation to support client decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to prioritize client orders and share specific requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and solutions to meet client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through white-glove, responsive service.

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management within staffing or professional services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct a moderate volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Highly motivated by performance-based compensation.
• Experience supporting staffing or talent solutions sales.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior staffing agency or technical staffing experience.
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and technical staffing needs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
