Job Description

Design & Creative

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets including graphics, infographics, presentations, email templates, and program collateral
• Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials and program details
• Create data visualizations and dashboards that transform complex analytics into clear, compelling visual stories
• Develop templates and design systems that enable scalable marketing production
• Collaborate with program team members to conceptualize and execute creative project material
• Manage relationships with internal team members, Government customers, & external vendors.

Analytics & Program Support

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets including graphics, infographics, presentations, email templates, and program collateral

• Conduct market research, analysis, and logistical studies

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership

• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for program optimization and improvement

• Support budget, schedule and program details tracking, resource allocation, and program planning activities

• Evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations

Strategic Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional program initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Maintain calendars, project timelines, and documentation
• Facilitate communication between creative, analytical, and strategic teams
• Support the development and implementation of integrated program strategies
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and program launches
• Ensure all material align with program goals and standards

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Experience

• Internship in a role combining marketing, design, and/or analytical functions
• Proven portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and marketing materials
• Experience with marketing campaign analysis and performance reporting

Technical Skills

• Design Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
• Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
• Project Management: Experience with project management software
