Vantor is seeking a DAF Support Engineer to keep our data and automation-focused solutions running reliably for clients. In this role, you'll monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across DAF-based and cloud-hosted applications, working closely with software and cloud engineers. You will analyze logs and metrics, manage incidents, and implement configuration updates, patches, and small enhancements. You'll help refine runbooks, improve observability, and support deployments in agile, client-facing projects. This role offers opportunities to deepen skills in cloud platforms, scripting, and modern DevOps practices in a collaborative, low-ego environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vantor's DAF-based software solutions
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents in data and automation workflows
- Implement configuration changes, patches, and minor enhancements under guidance
- Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, and client teams to resolve issues
- Document runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response for production environments
- Assist with deployments, environment setups, and release validations
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and recurring issues
- Contribute feedback to improve system reliability, performance, and supportability
- Support testing, validation, and handoff of new features into production
