Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain GIS systems and services for client solutions
- Integrate geospatial data sources with web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Optimize spatial databases, data pipelines, and map services for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define GIS architectures and standards
- Implement automation for data ingestion, transformation, and deployment of GIS components
- Ensure data quality, security, and reliability across geospatial datasets and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve GIS-related application, data, and infrastructure issues
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, technical documentation, and code reviews
