Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Specialist to join our team! The Accounts Specialist will assist with a variety of administrative and accounting functions. This position will primarily be responsible for accounts payable functions including the processing of invoices, distribution of checks, managing employee reimbursement requests, and verifying account coding. What We're Looking For

The Accounts Specialist will work under the supervision of the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under limited supervision with the ability to problem-solve. Strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement are key qualities for success in this role.

Location
This is a hybrid position; candidate must work in the Cambridge, MA, office at least 2 times per week, which is accessible by public transportation.
HSRI does not permit remote work arrangements based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and outside the United States. Must have unrestricted authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

Salary Range
$47,200 - $65,000
Pay is commensurate with skills and experience.
