Job Description

Aquent Talent is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support and optimize our global technology environment. In this role, you'll monitor and maintain core systems, networks, and cloud services, ensuring reliability and performance for teams supporting creative and digital talent worldwide. You'll manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and administer user access while documenting runbooks and improving processes. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive automation, operational excellence, and secure, efficient workflows in a flexible, people-first, growth-minded culture.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain core IT systems, networks, and cloud services for high availability and performance.
  • Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Administer user accounts, access controls, and security configurations across tools and platforms.
  • Implement and refine IT operations best practices, runbooks, and documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance, updates, and upgrades with minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with security, data, and product teams to ensure compliance and resilience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and ensure smooth technology experiences for staff.
  • Contribute to capacity planning, performance tuning, and scaling of key systems.
  • Provide clear communication to stakeholders during incidents and planned changes.
