BNY is seeking a Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support to lead the resilience and performance of our global financial platforms. You will own infrastructure support across data centers, cloud, networks, and core production services, driving robust incident, problem, and change management. Partnering with technology, operations, and business leaders, you'll implement automation, monitoring, and SRE practices to reduce risk and downtime. This role leads a global team, shapes modernization and continuity strategies, and supports BNY's culture of integrity, innovation, and client focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead global production services and infrastructure support for critical BNY financial systems to ensure stability, resilience, and scalability.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, driving rapid root-cause resolution and service restoration.
- Define and execute infrastructure strategy across data centers, cloud, networks, and platforms aligned to business and risk priorities.
- Partner with technology, operations, and business leaders to optimize performance, capacity, and availability for mission-critical services.
- Implement and enhance monitoring, SRE practices, automation, and observability to reduce outages and manual effort.
- Establish and track KPIs/SLAs, ensuring regulatory, security, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global support organization with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, resilience engineering, and disaster recovery improvements.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to maximize value and operational efficiency.
- Champion BNY's culture of integrity, client focus, and innovation while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
