Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Administer user accounts, access controls, and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain and monitor systems, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
  • Support remote and hybrid staff with connectivity and device configuration.
  • Implement best practices for data protection, backups, and patching.
  • Document IT processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital and cloud solutions.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning for talent and staff.
