IT BRM

Abbott Laboratories seeks an IT BRM to align technology solutions with our biotechnology and pharmaceutical business goals. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating needs into IT roadmaps that support diagnostics, medical devices, and pharma operations. You will manage demand, shape portfolios, and guide projects from idea to value realization, ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. Collaborating across global teams, you'll drive innovation, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement, while contributing to Abbott's mission of improving health and quality of life worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between IT and business units within biotech and pharmaceutical operations
• Define and prioritize IT demand aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain IT roadmaps supporting diagnostics, devices, and pharma portfolios
• Lead requirements gathering, solution evaluation, and business case development
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Monitor solution performance and drive continuous improvement and value realization
• Support governance, risk, and compliance activities for regulated IT systems
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders and propose mitigation plans
