Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced security controls across cloud, network, and endpoint environments
• Monitor security tools and SIEM to detect, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents
• Lead vulnerability management, remediation planning, and security hardening initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling for systems supporting biotech and pharmaceutical operations
• Collaborate with IT, R&D, and product teams to integrate security into health technologies and solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and data protection regulations and internal security policies
• Develop and maintain security standards, runbooks, and documentation
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior cybersecurity and IT staff
