Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application development initiatives aligned to Cargill's IT and business strategies
- Manage and mentor development teams, promoting a culture of learning, safety, and inclusion
- Define application architecture and technical standards ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to prioritize and deliver technology solutions
- Oversee project delivery, budgets, and vendor relationships using Agile ways of working
- Implement best practices for Dev
- Ops, CI/CD, and cloud-based development
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern development tools and practices
