Sr Manager, IT Business Relationship Management

• Serve as strategic IT partner to business units within Abbott's biotechnology and pharmaceutical operations
• Translate business strategies and requirements into IT roadmaps and prioritized initiatives
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of IT solutions, from concept through deployment and optimization
• Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with senior business leaders
• Oversee vendor and partner engagements to ensure delivery quality and value
• Align IT portfolio with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements in healthcare
• Monitor performance of IT services and solutions, driving continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor IT BRM team members to build capabilities and best practices
• Develop business cases, budgets, and ROI analyses for IT investments
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, security, and interoperability
