Job Description

Allstate is seeking an Infrastructure Solution Engineer to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable infrastructure solutions supporting our insurance and financial platforms. In this senior role, you will architect cloud and hybrid environments, integrate networking, storage, and compute, and ensure reliability, performance, and compliance for mission-critical systems. You'll collaborate with security, application, and operations teams, automate infrastructure deployments, and support incident resolution. Responsibilities

  • Design and architect secure, scalable infrastructure solutions for insurance and financial platforms
  • Implement and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure (compute, storage, networking)
  • Collaborate with security, application, and operations teams on solution design and delivery
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployments
  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and capacity
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards
  • Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation
  • Document architectures, runbooks, and standards for infrastructure solutions
