Job Description

Inter Technologies Corporation seeks an AV Technician in Charlotte to install, configure, and support professional audio-visual, broadcast, and unified communications systems. Working with a specialized, client-focused team, you'll assist in end-to-end project delivery-from cable pulls, terminations, and rack builds to testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning. You'll interpret system drawings, optimize performance, and provide on-site client training. Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and test audio-visual systems for corporate, education, and government clients
  • Support end-to-end AV project delivery from site prep through final commissioning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV, broadcast, and unified communications issues on-site and remotely
  • Read and interpret system drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts
  • Perform cable pulls, terminations, equipment rack builds, and system optimization
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to implement system designs
  • Provide on-site client training, demonstrations, and basic documentation
  • Maintain tools, test equipment, and inventory in an organized, safe manner
  • Follow company standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices
  • Deliver professional, client-focused service and support long-term relationships
