Cargill is seeking a Senior Developer, SuccessFactors Talent Management Learning to design, configure, and optimize our global learning and talent solutions in a manufacturing environment. You will lead SuccessFactors Learning enhancements, integrations, and reporting, partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key duties include module configuration, data management, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. You will mentor junior team members, promote best practices, and support Cargill's commitment to safety, inclusion, and continuous learning worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Success
- Factors Learning and Talent Management modules
- Gather and translate business and HR requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and manage integrations between Success
- Factors and internal/external systems
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within learning and talent platforms
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and leadership decisions
- Plan and execute testing, defect resolution, and production deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing operations and corporate functions
- Provide end-user and administrator support, troubleshooting, and training
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform roadmaps and governance
