FM is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect Manager to lead a team designing scalable, secure enterprise solutions. In this role, you'll own end-to-end solution architecture across cloud, integration, and application layers, partnering with business and technology stakeholders. You'll guide pre-sales solutioning, set architecture standards, and provide technical oversight during delivery. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of solution architects across multiple concurrent projects.
- Design end-to-end architectures for complex, enterprise solutions using modern cloud and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams on pre-sales solutioning, estimates, and client presentations.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with business strategy.
- Oversee solution feasibility, performance, scalability, and security reviews.
- Guide implementation teams, providing technical oversight and resolving design issues.
- Champion reuse, reference architectures, and modernization of legacy systems.
- Coordinate with product, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
- Contribute to practice development through playbooks, templates, and knowledge sharing.
