If youve actually worked in DB2 on z/OS production environments, this ones for you.
Were NOT looking for:
Generic DBAs
Cloud-only experience
Surface-level DB2 knowledge
We ARE looking for:
DB2 z/OS (v12+) hands-on experience
Installs, migrations, releases
Performance tuning (runstats, reorgs)
Backup/recovery + troubleshooting
Enterprise / high-availability environments
This is a critical systems role youll be supporting infrastructure that businesses depend on daily.
