Plains All American Pipeline is seeking a Senior Maximo Business Analyst to optimize our Maximo EAM platform supporting pipeline and terminal operations. In this role, you will partner with operations, maintenance, and IT to gather requirements, design and configure Maximo workflows, and improve asset, work, and inventory management processes. You will lead enhancements, testing, and integrations with related systems, develop dashboards and reports, and support user training and issue resolution. Responsibilities
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and IT to gather and document business requirements for Maximo
- Configure Maximo modules, workflows, and business rules to support asset, work, and inventory management
- Lead Maximo enhancements, upgrades, and integration efforts with related enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain Maximo reports, KPIs, and dashboards for operational and management users
- Coordinate and execute system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Maximo
- Plan and deliver user training and documentation to drive adoption and data quality
- Identify and implement process improvements aligned with safety and operational excellence goals
