Job Description

IT Systems Technician Uline Inc., a leading North American distributor, is seeking an IT Systems Technician to support our fast-paced warehouse and office operations. In this hands-on role, you'll install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, RF scanners, and related hardware while troubleshooting software and network issues. You'll manage tickets, document resolutions, and partner with IT teams to keep critical systems running. Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • Provide on-site technical support for users in warehouse and office environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic server access issues.
  • Deploy and update business applications, imaging devices, and mobile hardware.
  • Maintain asset inventory, documentation, and ticketing records for IT incidents and requests.
  • Support warehouse technology such as RF scanners, label printers, and related systems.
  • Collaborate with IT engineers and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Perform routine system checks, patching, and preventive maintenance.
  • Train end users on basic tools, security practices, and equipment usage.
  • Participate in off-hours support or on-call rotation as needed to ensure uptime.
