Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electronic and IT hardware at board and component level.
- Perform hardware and firmware updates, configurations, and functional testing.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex electronic and system issues.
- Document repairs, parts usage, and test results in ticketing and asset systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and support teams to resolve recurring or escalated problems.
- Maintain ESD, safety, and quality standards in the repair environment.
- Support RMA processing, inventory tracking, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Provide technical feedback to improve product reliability and service processes.
