Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electronic and IT hardware to component or board level
- Perform functional testing, calibration, and quality checks on repaired devices
- Use schematics, diagrams, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of failures
- Document repair actions, parts used, and test results in service systems
- Collaborate with engineers and support teams on complex or recurring issues
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards in a lab or repair environment
- Manage repair queues, prioritize work orders, and meet service-level targets
- Support continuous improvement of repair processes and service documentation
