Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute test plans, test cases, and regression testing for software releases
- Monitor, track, and document defects using QA and issue-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and quality standards
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, checklists, and metrics dashboards
- Assist in implementing QA best practices, process improvements, and automation opportunities
- Verify that releases meet acceptance criteria, usability standards, and performance benchmarks
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from internal and external users
- Report quality trends, risks, and findings to leadership with clear, data-driven insights
