Responsibilities
- Design, integrate, and sustain avionics, electronic warfare, and tactical communications systems for defense platforms
- Lead systems engineering lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, architecture, and interface definition
- Develop and execute integration, verification, and validation plans for complex hardware/software systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
- Support lab and field testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of mission-critical systems
- Generate technical documentation, specifications, and test reports for internal and customer review
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and process improvements
- Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions
