Position Overview

ITSM Solutions, LLC is seeking reliable and technically skilled On-Site IT Field Technicians to provide hands-on technical support at client locations. This is a 100% field-based position requiring reliable transportation and practical IT experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20 $40 per work order, based on experience
Mileage: $0.67 per mile, one way
Parts reimbursement: Same-day processing
Payment: Bi-weekly after 6:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities

Technicians may be responsible for a variety of onsite IT services, including:

Smart Hands Support
Break-Fix Services
POS System Maintenance
Laptop/Desktop Support
Printer Repair and Setup
Network Troubleshooting
Router and Switch Configuration
Structured Cabling
Low-Voltage Work
Camera System Installation
Hardware Installation
Device Refresh Projects
Requirements
Practical experience providing onsite IT or technical support
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and networking issues
Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
Ability to work independently at customer sites
Professional communication and customer-service skills
Ability to complete assigned work orders accurately and on time
Work Environment
