Job Description

Vantor seeks an AI Content Engineer to build and optimize AI-driven content workflows for modern web and software solutions. You'll design prompts, pipelines, and integrations using LLMs and automation to support data-rich, scalable digital products. Working in agile teams, you'll partner with engineers, designers, and clients to translate business needs into reliable, high-quality content experiences. You'll contribute to cloud-based architectures, reusable tooling, and continuous improvement while learning across full stack, data, and AI platforms in a collaborative, low ego environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-assisted content generation pipelines for web and software products
  • Develop, test, and optimize prompts, templates, and workflows for LLM-driven features
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to translate business goals into content and data solutions
  • Integrate AI and automation into modern web stacks and cloud-native architectures
  • Monitor performance, quality, and reliability of AI content outputs; iterate based on results and feedback
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and reusable components for content and data tooling
  • Apply agile practices, participate in standups, and own deliverables from concept through deployment
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML tools, APIs, and frameworks to enhance the platform
