Responsibilities
- Assist Chief Engineer in daily operation of hotel engineering department
- Supervise and train maintenance staff on systems and safety procedures
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance on guestrooms and building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Manage work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Coordinate and oversee external vendors and contractors
- Support budgeting, inventory control, and capital project planning
